"We have lived at Vienna Square for over 2 years, we first rented for over a year and then moved into our new build a year ago.

The community as a whole is wonderful and the residents are very friendly and welcoming.

We first met many of our neighbors while swimming in the pool and enjoying the many activities at the clubhouse.

Vienna Square has many events/activities offered so you can be as busy as you want or stay in and enjoy your beautiful home and surroundings.

Each month a catered dinner is offered along with a pot luck dinner. Different games are played throughout the week during the day and evenings. There's an activity that can be suited for everyone.

The homeowners HOA directors work very hard for the community by recently having new roofs put on the older villas and a new roof installed on the clubhouse. The front gate will be installed with a new entry system to enable the community to be a true gated community.

Changes are being done all the time to improve the community at Vienna Square and we are so fortunate to be able to call Vienna Square in Winter Haven our home."
